Before founding Kip Jones Executive Search Group Kip enjoyed positions as a Plant Manager and Operations Manager Philippines with International Wire. He’s served as a Customer Service Manager as well as a Success Manager locally. As a Business Unit Leader at BF Goodrich, Kips team increased production in 2023 that allowed 4.5 million dollars to be added to the bottom line.
Michelin Corporation awarded BF Goodrich the prestigious BiB Champion Award for Profitable Growth North America for this accomplishment year ending 2023.
Kip has served both as a Teacher and Coach at the High School and Division 1 level. As a former Purdue Basketball Player he was a member of Two Purdue Big Ten Championship Basketball teams under the tutelage of Six time National Coach of the year, Coach Gene Keady.
Kip received his Masters in Management from IWU while writing his thesis on Facility Reorganization. A local product of Decatur IN. Kip has been married to his wife Jill for 31 years and resides in Fort Wayne.
